That Assassin’s Creed II would ..read the full article

The new cinematic trailer for science fiction RPG Mass Effect 2 openly cribs from the playbook of seminal 1967 guy flick The Dirty Dozen.

Martin Sheen narrates here as The Illusive Man, the mysterious, powerful benefactor who brings commander Shepard back from the dead. We see the revitalized ex-Spectre scour the known universe for any lifeform who can recreate moves from The Matrix.

The action in the trailer’s final gunfight doubles as a Mass Effect 2 tactics tutorial. Note how Shepard and ..read the full article

wowmagazine

Forty pages of the forthcoming World of Warcraft magazine are now available to preview on the publication’s official website.

The preview of the advertising-free magazine gives potential readers a good idea of the quarterly’s look and feel. Stories run the gamut from casual discussions of pet collecting to columns that zero in on specific in-game class roles such as tanking.

The layout is quite handsome, although it is a little strange after all these years reading about World of Warcraft on wiki ..read the full article

dickerdoodles

Fans of the comic create NSFW holiday cookies each year and submit grotesque pictures of themselves interacting with said cookies. This year’s top three winners, all sufficiently tasteless, can be seen at the Penny Arcade website.

“You guys are a sick bunch of fuckers,” wrote Penny Arcade artist Mike Krahulik, aka Gabe, in a post announcing the winners. “Choosing a top three was no easy task but I’ve ..read the full article

triumvirshadaloo

Clothier Triumvir is now taking pre-orders on a line of attire inspired by Street Fighter.

The Shadaloo Psycho Brigade line, unidentifiable as videogame-related to the untrained eye, riffs on M. Bison’s shadowy crime syndicate from the series. Hats, jackets and vests tastefully bear the winged skull from M. Bison’s cap. More overtly, a couple of T-shirts (as well as the vest’s wicked back embroidering) call out the Psycho Brigade — a reference to the “psycho” martial arts energy that fuels ..read the full article

Infinity Ward released patches this week to fix several fan-abhorred glitches in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 on Xbox 360.
